About
My work focuses on exploring and tinkering with tools and systems in a world shaped by technology and constant change.
I experiment with how systems are designed and used, looking for ways to reduce complexity and make them more reliable, resilient, and practical.
In practice, this often shows up as messy workflows, unclear responsibilities, overloaded tools, and decisions made without reliable signals.
Rather than optimizing only for speed, scale, or short-term performance, I care about resilience: the ability of systems to adapt, recover, and continue to function well over time.
Professional
In professional contexts, I typically work as a digital solutions specialist and embedded systems partner, operating at the intersection of technology, systems, and leadership.
I work with small organizations to rethink how they operate, how decisions are made, and how tools and workflows are used. Not as ends in themselves, but as parts of a coherent, human-centered system.
This often means mapping workflows end to end, clarifying responsibilities, cleaning up data and handoffs, and automating repeatable steps. The results tend to be measurable: less manual work, fewer errors, faster cycle times, and clearer operational signals.
Personal
On a personal level, the same principles apply. Clear thinking, good decisions, and well-designed systems matter just as much for individual work, learning, and life design as they do for organizations.
Many of my projects explore this overlap between personal and organizational systems, and how small, thoughtful changes can compound over time. Ideas I test personally often find their way into organizational systems — and vice versa.
My Approach
Simplicity, creativity, reliability, and adaptability guide my work. I aim to build systems that hold up as technology evolves: Solutions that are powerful, but also understandable and usable by the people who rely on them.
Across all of this, my approach is pragmatic and constraint-aware. I’m less interested in trends, tools, or idealized frameworks, and more interested in what works in practice — given limited time, energy, resources, and attention.
